Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to facilitate transportation and delivery services, connecting riders and customers with safe and efficient travel solutions across the city. This role creates impact by providing essential mobility options and supporting local economies, operating remotely in various urban and suburban areas on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a personal or rented vehicle to transport passengers or deliver goods, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's safety guidelines, ensuring positive customer experiences and efficient service delivery by maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing routine vehicle checks, and utilizing in-app navigation to optimize routes and minimize delays, resulting in timely arrivals and satisfied customers.
• Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber app to accept ride or delivery requests, effectively balancing personal commitments with earning goals, leveraging real-time demand insights to maximize earnings during peak hours and adjusting service based on customer feedback to continuously improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate professionally with riders and support staff to resolve any issues or answer questions during trips, maintaining a high level of customer service, utilizing the in-app messaging system for clear and concise interactions, and escalating complex problems to Uber support as needed, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
