We are hiring bilingual No CDL and CDL drivers to operate 26 ft box trucks with liftgate (Freightliner) on local and regional routes. Benefits & Compensation - Bilingual Drivers 25% of the load gross (No CDL) 28% of the load gross (With CDL) During the route, days without available loads will be paid. Weekly payments. After 2 months, safety bonuses will be activated for responsible driving, proper care of the unit, and on‑time deliveries with no customer claims. 24/7 support from the dispatch team. Responsibilities - Bilingual Drivers Safely and professionally operate 26 ft box trucks with liftgate. Ensure deliveries are on time, accurate, and in good condition. Plan and follow efficient routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations. Verify cargo and documentation before each delivery. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in optimal condition. Immediately report dashboard alerts, mechanical issues, incidents, accidents, or violations. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Represent the company with a professional image toward clients and authorities. Load and unload freight when necessary (using a pallet jack). Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections. Properly use the ELD and report any malfunction or issue. Maintain constant and effective communication with dispatch. Mandatory Requirements - Bilingual Drivers Minimum 2 years of experience driving 26 ft box trucks. Valid driver's license. Valid DOT medical card.

Bilingual:

English and Spanish. Authorization to work in the United States. Clean background check. No driving under the influence of substances. Experience using ELD or dispatch/tracking apps. 21 years of age or older. Clean driving record (no accidents in the last 3 years). Drug test and background verification required. Availability to be on the road 2-3 weeks at a time. Willingness to sleep in the truck; the company will provide all necessary equipment for comfort. Having a CDL is a plus and increases compensation value. Airport and military base access permits (preferred).
