Requirements Job Summary We are looking for an experienced full-time Class B Distribution Driver & Field Operations to deliver dairy products across Virginia for our herd share members. You would be an integral part of our team to ensure our products are safely and efficiently delivered and manually unloaded to drops across Virginia on assigned routes. You would have the opportunity to build relationships with our hosts and herd share members using a positive, friendly approach and become familiar with their operations to meet expectations.

Responsibilities:

Complete a preliminary check of the delivery truck before beginning every route. Keep delivery trucks clean inside and out. Report any minor or major traffic violations immediately to the supervisor, including those that may occur in distribution trucks or in personal vehicles. Serve as Creambrook Farm's representative by ensuring host locations are well-maintained while establishing positive relationships in a professional manner with the hosts/staff at our delivery locations. Load, deliver, and unload the accurate number of milk shares / add-on products to designated drop-offs within the expected timeframe. Clean / maintain fridges at drop-off sites. Help with the installation, replacement, and minor repairs of fridges at delivery locations. Provide timely communication to the Creambrook admin team regarding delivery delays / updates.

Requirements:

Maintain a current valid driver's license, DOT credentials, and Class B CDL credentials in good standing. Ability to work weekdays, including regularly-scheduled overnight stays at company-paid hotels (up to one night per week). Able to frequently lift up to 60 pounds and push up to 250 lbs of dairy products using a push dolly. Manage accurate inventory counts of products with the ability to use basic mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail. Monitor host location conditions. Proactively resolve site issues. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate clear and professional communication skills. Build positive relationships with host locations and herd share members. Ability to follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures, and report any deficiencies to supervisor.
