Join our West Point team as a Front Load CDL Driver. We offer competitive starting rates at $25/hour+, reliable schedules, and a supportive team environment focused on safety and driver satisfaction.
What You'll Do Local Operations:
Drive commercial front-load trucks along established local commercial and multi-family residential routes.
Hands-on Service:
Operate hydraulic controls to collect waste/recyclables, maneuver container enclosures, and safely dump 3-4 yard containers.
Safety First:
Perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring your equipment meets safety standards before heading out.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as the friendly face of our company while servicing local businesses along your route. What We're Looking For Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience (Front End / Front Load experience preferred) OR a completed CDL school certification. Ability to safely maneuver trucks into tight clearance spaces using mirrors and backing skills. Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks (opening corral gates, rolling castored cans). Strong commitment to safety regulations and DOT compliance.
