About the Role We're looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our crew as both a mover and truck driver. You'll be on the front lines of every job — loading, unloading, protecting customer belongings, and safely driving our trucks to and from job sites. This is a physical, fast-paced role where your attitude and effort directly impact the customer experience and your earning potential. What You'll Do Drive company moving trucks safely to and from job sites (local and regional) Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household/commercial items with care Wrap, pad, and protect items to prevent damage during transport Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally Provide a positive, respectful experience for every customer Follow safety protocols and company standards on every move What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet Reliable — shows up on time, every time Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Customer-facing experience a plus, but not required Prior moving experience a plus, but we will train the right person What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Consistent hours and steady work A team culture built on respect and hustle Opportunity to grow into a captain/lead role
