Bellavance Position Overview Bellavance is looking for a dependable, hardworking Truck Detailer & Shop Support team member who takes pride in making equipment look its best. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys detailing vehicles, working around trucks and equipment, and staying busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day. A major part of this role will be detailing tractor trailers and preparing brand-new trucks for our drivers . You'll also assist our mechanics and maintenance team with miscellaneous shop tasks as needed. We're looking for someone who notices the little things, takes pride in a job well done, and understands that how our equipment looks reflects the pride we have in our company. Key Responsibilities Wash, clean, and detail tractors, trailers, and other company equipment Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and general deep cleaning Prepare brand-new trucks before they are assigned to drivers Remove shipping materials, stickers, protective coverings, and other items from new equipment Clean and prepare trucks when equipment is reassigned from one driver to another Maintain detailing supplies, tools, and cleaning equipment Keep detailing areas and the mechanic shop clean and organized Assist mechanics and shop personnel with general tasks when needed Move trucks and trailers around the yard or shop when/if qualified and authorized Pick up parts, supplies, or materials as needed Help with snow removal, yard cleanup, trash removal, and other seasonal or facility-related tasks Perform other miscellaneous shop duties as assigned What We're Looking For The right person for this position doesn't necessarily need extensive experience. Attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are more important. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
Candidates should be comfortable:
