CDL Truck Driver / Equipment Operator Davis Custom Service is looking for a reliable and hardworking CDL Truck Driver / Equipment Operator to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and willing to step in wherever needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and is comfortable operating trucks and equipment rather than doing the same thing every day.

Responsibilities may include:

Operating CDL trucks and hauling equipment and materials Operating heavy equipment, including skid steers and excavators Assisting with excavation, site work, landscaping, and other construction-related projects Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials Performing daily vehicle and equipment inspections Assisting other crew members and stepping into different roles as needed Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organized Other duties as needed based on current projects and workload Qualifications Valid CDL license required Experience driving and operating commercial trucks Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators preferred Ability to safely operate and work around a variety of equipment Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities as needed Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in excavation, construction, trucking, landscaping, or similar fields is a plus

Pay & Growth Pay:

$30-$35 per hour, based on experience We are a growing company and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
