Hiring Drivers Now seeks a Driver Recruiter to match CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you'll source candidates, review applications, and manage high-volume driver pipelines through our web-based platform. You'll screen for qualifications, coordinate interviews, and provide responsive support to drivers and employers. Working closely with logistics companies, you'll use data and recruiting tools to fill urgent routes, track performance metrics, and help improve processes while contributing to a reliable transportation network. Responsibilities Source and recruit CDL and non-CDL drivers nationwide Screen applications for qualifications and safety standards Coordinate interviews between drivers and carriers Manage and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems Post and optimize online job ads for driver roles Provide responsive support to drivers during the hiring process Partner with carriers to understand route and hiring needs Track recruiting metrics and pipeline performance Ensure compliance with transportation and DOT-related guidelines Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes Required Skills High-volume recruiting Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Transportation/logistics knowledge Candidate sourcing Phone and video screening Data entry and accuracy CRM or recruiting platforms Job posting and ad optimization Compliance with DOT/CDL standards Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
