Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction site operations and possess the ability to operate as a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations. No auto restrictions. Duties Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt to construction sites. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness. Load and unload materials using dump truck mechanisms. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to coordinate material delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of loads transported and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including checking fluid levels and conducting minor repairs as needed. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a focus on dump trucks or similar heavy machinery. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on vehicles. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors on-site.
