No over-the-road. No weekends. Just steady, consistent work. What You'll Do Deliver roof trusses to residential and commercial construction sites Local routes Perform pre- and post-trip inspections Secure loads and follow DOT regulations Maintain accurate logs (FMCSA compliant) Work safely in active job site environments This is not a dock-to-dock freight job. You'll be delivering to active construction sites and working as part of a crew. If you like staying active and not sitting at a warehouse all day, this is a good fit. Equipment & Growth Well-maintained fleet Manual transmission trucks Paid training to become NCCCO Boom Certified (no certification required at hire) Opportunity for advancement Requirements Valid Class A CDL 2+ years CDL driving experience Manual transmission experience required Clean driving record Ability to meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Comfortable working around construction sites Why Join The Truss Company?
