Overview We are looking for a reliable, experienced driver to support our fall event season from mid-October through mid-December . The Event Logistics Driver transports apparel, merchandise, equipment, supplies, and event trailers between our shop, event locations, and satellite locations throughout Washington and Oregon. Our fleet includes company trucks and vans, as well as trailers ranging from 10 to 24 feet. Drivers must be comfortable operating different vehicles and confidently towing, backing, and maneuvering trailers of varying sizes. This is an event-based position with variable weekly hours. Flexible availability Thursday through Sunday is required throughout the season , as delivery and pickup days vary depending on each event. This is not an onsite event staffing position—the primary responsibility is safely moving our event operation from one location to another. Responsibilities Drive company trucks, vans, and other fleet vehicles. Tow, back, maneuver, connect, and disconnect trailers ranging from 10 to 24 feet . Deliver apparel, merchandise, equipment, supplies, and trailers for upcoming events. Pick up trailers and event materials following events and return them to the appropriate location. Transport inventory and equipment between our shop and satellite locations. Assist with loading, unloading, and securing merchandise and equipment. Complete basic vehicle, trailer, hitch, and load-safety checks before travel. Complete regional driving assignments throughout Washington and Oregon. Communicate delays, vehicle or trailer concerns, damage, or transportation issues. Schedule & Availability This is a seasonal, event-based position running from mid-October through mid-December. Candidates must have flexible availability Thursday through Sunday during this period. Assignments may fall on any of these days and may include morning, daytime, or evening pickups and deliveries depending on the event schedule. Drivers will not necessarily work every Thursday through Sunday. Weekly hours will vary based on our event calendar , with some weeks requiring more transportation support than others. Previous trailer-towing experience required. Comfortable operating different company vehicles and towing trailers ranging from 10 to 24 feet . Confident backing and maneuvering trailers in parking lots, loading areas, and event locations. Comfortable connecting and disconnecting trailers and performing basic pre-trip safety checks. Reliable and able to complete transportation assignments independently. Comfortable with regional driving throughout Washington and Oregon.
