Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating tractor-trailers within local routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight while maintaining safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, with experience handling various types of freight and equipment, including dry van and intermodal container. Essential Job Functions:

Learn and work jointly with our customers and IEDS' dispatching services while providing a superior level of customer service Adherence to safety policies and practices Safely operate equipment across designated routes Secure loads properly to ensure safety during transit Maintain a working knowledge of local/state traffic laws and procedures Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to maintain compliance with safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card Interstate - Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of commercial truck experience, operating van and Intermodal Container No serious or disqualifying violations within the previous three years Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance Hazmat Endorsement a plus Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening All successful candidates will be subject to a background screen prior to hiring.
