Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hostler Driver Local and become a vital part of our logistics operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely maneuvering tractor-trailers within our facility, ensuring efficient loading and unloading processes, and supporting the seamless movement of freight. Your expertise in truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to navigate using GPS will drive our success forward. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in commercial driving and cargo handling make a real impact every day. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission within the facility and surrounding yard areas, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations. Use GPS navigation systems to accurately position trailers for loading, unloading, or repositioning within the yard. Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on tractor-trailer operations. Ability to perform manual transmission driving confidently while maintaining excellent safety practices.
