Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with flatbed loads, route driving, and a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations. Assigned Equipment Essential Job Functions:
Provide a superior level of customer service Safely operate equipment across designated routes Secure loads properly to ensure safety during transit Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to maintain compliance with safety standards Follow all federal and state driving regulations, including hours of service and safety protocols Maintain accurate shipment and delivery documentation Work jointly with our customers and dispatchers regarding route updates or issues during transit
Qualifications:
Valid CDL A license and medical card No serious or disqualifying violations within the previous three years Two years commercial truck driving experience Flatbed experience required, with knowledge of load securing and freight handling operations Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to safety regulations and procedures Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning tools Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening All successful candidates will be subject to a background screen prior to hiring.

We manage over 1 million square feet of specialized warehouse facilities in the Western U.S. and provide our customers with transportation services nationwide. What do we do? Logistics is essential for economic commerce. Whether our customer supply chains are domestic or international, IEDS is involved. From raw materials shipped into manufacturing or finished goods heading to the market, on truck, ship, or rail, we participate in supply chain management ensuring timely, accurate, and safe inventory control and freight delivery.
