This position offers weekly home time, a combination of day and night schedules, and consistent freight operating east and south from the Sumner terminal. Pay & Earnings $1,400-$1,800 average weekly earnings $900 average weekly trainee pay Base mileage pay varies by experience Additional loaded-mileage pay based on dispatched freight $15 stop pay 2,000-3,000 miles per week Swift Driver Performance Bonus Weekly earnings can vary based on miles, freight and schedule Home Time & Schedule Home weekly 34-hour restart option Other home-time options may be available based on the operating schedule Day and night shifts Weekend runs are required based on customer demand Holiday work depends on customer operations Freight & Operations Dedicated heavy haul freight 100% no-touch freight Preloaded trailers Drop & hook Timely live unloads Routes operate east and south from Sumner All lanes return to the Sumner terminal Customer location is close to the terminal Chaining may be required during winter months Driver Requirements Valid CDL-A Trainees are welcome Experienced CDL-A drivers are welcome No special endorsements required Company Driver position Teams accepted Must meet applicable DOT and company requirements Hiring Area Drivers should live within approximately 50 miles of Sumner, WA . The hiring area includes major Washington cities and qualifying areas in West Idaho near Coeur d'Alene and Clarkston .
