What You'll Be Doing Operate a mixer truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to support smooth operations Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all operational guidelines Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally What Are We Looking For Safe, responsible driving skills with the ability to operate heavy vehicles Strong focus on customer service and teamwork Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors Reliability and adaptability in a fast‑paced operational environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level This role involves working outdoors and at active construction sites. The Mixer Driver regularly operates heavy equipment, climbs in and out of vehicles, and performs physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and inspecting equipment.
