With a combination of drop-and-hook freight, customer-unloaded deliveries, assigned sleeper trucks, and consistent routes, this position provides long-term stability and career growth. Compensation and Benefits Average annual pay of $85,000-$100,000 Dedicated retail account Assigned sleeper trucks Consistent year-round freight Stable work environment Long-term career opportunity Job Details Semi-local dedicated account Haul Macy's merchandise in dry van and pup trailers Deliver throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho Approximately 10% of loads utilize doubles Deliver to Boise, ID approximately twice per week Combination of drop-and-hook and customer live unload freight Average 3 drop-and-hook stops per week Average 1 live unload stop per week Dedicated customer freight network Equipment Assigned automatic sleeper tractors Modern, well-maintained fleet No slip seating Trucks must remain at the account during time off Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience Doubles endorsement required within 60 days of hire Strong safety record Professional and dependable work ethic Ability to safely operate in mountain and winter weather conditions Special Requirements Drivers must obtain a Doubles endorsement within 60 days of hire Must be willing and able to install tire chains when weather conditions require One delivery location requires driver unloading using a liftgate Liftgate deliveries average approximately two times per week Drivers will assist other DCS/J.B.
