Earning Potential & Pay Structure Weekly Gross Average:

$1,300 $1,500 expected average for solo W-2 company drivers.

High Performers:

Top earners gross $1,800+ weekly based on total miles and incentives.

Pay Per Mile:

Starts at $0.50 up to $0.62 CPM depending on verifiable experience.

Weekly Production:

Expect 2,000 to 2,800 miles every week.

Candidate Qualifications Experienced Class A Drivers Current Class A CDL and valid state driver's license. Age 21 or older (DOT interstate requirement). At least 6 months of OTR driving within the past year (or 12 months in the last 5 years). Clean safety record and ability to clear DOT physical & drug screen. Recent CDL Graduates Current Class A CDL. Completion of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 course hours). Age 21+ with a valid state driver's license. Pass all required DOT background, health, and drug screenings.
