This is not a driving-only position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating a commercial truck when needed and getting out of the truck to work alongside the crew when driving duties are complete.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive dump trucks and other company commercial vehicles to and from job sites
• Haul rock, dirt, asphalt, equipment, and construction materials
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate driver and vehicle documentation
• Assist underground utility crews with water, sewer, and storm installations
• Help with trench work, pipe installation, backfilling, grading, compaction, and general site work
• Use hand and power tools
• Assist operators and pipe crews as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow company and job-site safety requirements
• Be willing to perform physical labor when truck-driving work is not neededWhat We're Looking For
• Valid CDL
• Clean or acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physical construction work
• Able to lift and carry construction materials and tools
• Safety-minded and able to follow direction
• Works well as part of a crew
• Underground utility, excavation, dump truck, or heavy construction experience is preferredWe're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work, and a team player.
