This is a full-time, on-site CDL Driver role based in Woodland, WA. Drivers are home almost every night. The CDL Driver will operate company trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading freight as needed, and securing cargo to prevent damage. The driver will comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies, maintain accurate logs and documentation, and communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional manner. The role may include local or regional runs, with a focus on dependable, on-time deliveries. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and proven truck-driving experience. Must be at least 23 years old. No serious preventable accidents in the last 3 years. Two years of Tractor/trailer driving experience. Hands-on experience with truck operations, including safe loading, unloading, and cargo securement. Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements, including hours-of-service and safety standards. Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting to ensure the truck is roadworthy. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct on the road and at customer sites. Good communication skills and the ability to follow dispatch instructions and company procedures.
