Yard Spotter

Job Description

Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and attentive 2nd Shift Spotter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely guiding and positioning vehicles or equipment in a busy industrial or warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to work efficiently during the scheduled hours. The shift runs from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining safety standards and ensuring smooth operations during their shift.
Responsibilities:
Safely guide vehicles and equipment to designated areas using hand signals or communication devices. Assist with the movement and parking of trucks, trailers, or other machinery. Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents or damage. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Communicate effectively with drivers and team members to coordinate movements. Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during scheduled hours. Physical stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, walking, or lifting. Class A CDL license is required.

From $1,300.00 per week
