Millis Transfer, a leader in the Truckload industry, is seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team in Black River Falls, WI! Heartland Express employs the safest and most professional Drivers in the nation and our Driver Recruiters are responsible for selling our program to potential drivers and facilitating the application process. A Driver Recruiter must be an upbeat, detailed professional with an outgoing personality and excellent phone skill; Needs the ability to manage priorities independently; Must provide attention to detail and be able to guide an applicant through a required administrative process; and should have the ability to work well within a group, office setting. Prior transportation knowledge is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, day-time position working at our headquarters in Black River Falls.
