Job Description Part-Time Dealership Mail Driver Position:
Part-Time Dealership Mail Driver Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Status:
Part-Time Position Summary The Part-Time Dealership Mail Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely pickup and delivery of internal and external mail, documents, packages, and other materials between 10 dealership locations . This position requires a dependable individual who can follow an established route, maintain organized deliveries, and provide professional and courteous service to dealership employees and departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick up and deliver internal and external mail, documents, packages, and other materials between 10 dealership locations.

Follow an established delivery route and schedule to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Sort and organize mail and materials for efficient distribution to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.

Load and unload mail, packages, supplies, and other materials from the delivery vehicle.

Ensure all items are handled carefully and securely during transportation.

Maintain communication with dealership personnel regarding pickups, deliveries, special requests, delays, or other delivery-related concerns.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and dealership personnel.

Safely operate the assigned vehicle and follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Report vehicle concerns, accidents, delivery issues, or other problems promptly to management.

Perform other related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements The employee must be able to: Lift and carry at least 30 pounds safely and regularly as required by the position.

Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements associated with picking up, loading, unloading, and delivering materials.

Walk regularly throughout the workday and between dealership departments and facilities.

Frequently enter and exit a vehicle throughout the scheduled route.

Carry packages, mail containers, and other materials for reasonable distances.

Perform the essential functions of the position safely and consistently throughout the scheduled workday. Work Schedule This is a part-time position working three days per week: Monday Wednesday Friday Daily hours may vary depending on the established delivery route, mail and package volume, dealership needs, and other business requirements. Qualifications Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and travel between dealership locations.

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.

Ability to work independently and manage an assigned delivery route efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Professional and courteous communication skills.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting at least 30 pounds, bending, walking, and frequently entering and exiting a vehicle. Work Environment This position involves frequent driving between dealership locations as well as regular exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions while loading, unloading, picking up, and delivering materials. The employee will regularly transition between a vehicle, dealership offices, service areas, and other designated pickup and delivery locations.
