3002572305-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Koch Trucking is hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers to support our regional and long-haul freight operations across the U.S. In this field-based role, you'll haul dry van, flatbed, and specialized loads with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and driver support. Operate late-model equipment, complete accurate logs, follow DOT and hours-of-service regulations, and perform thorough inspections. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul freight Transport dry van, flatbed, and specialized loads per route assignments Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues Comply with DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety policies Secure and handle freight to prevent damage and ensure on-time delivery Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and electronic documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support teams Care for assigned equipment and report maintenance needs promptly Demonstrate professional customer service at pickup and delivery sites Support a safety-focused, driver-centric culture and company policies Required Skills CDL-A tractor-trailer operation DOT and FMCSA compliance Hours-of-service and log management Vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting Freight securement (van, flatbed, specialized) ELD and onboard technology use Route planning and time management Defensive driving and safety practices Customer service and communication Problem-solving in over-the-road conditions
