Job Description

Join our truck driving team, start work at 7:00AM Monday through Friday, and be home every night. Be challenged and stay physically fit by helping to physically arrange and tie down a wide variety of shapes and sizes of loads. Physical demands include some climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting. You will be making 3 to 6 stops a day delivering roof and floor trusses, wood I-Joists, and beams to lumber yards and job sites within a 200-mile radius of Hayward. The loads will range from 10' to 14' wide and will require experience backing wide loads on 48' trailers into small construction sites. Courtesy and tact are required to deal with anxious customers. Basic skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, communicate well verbally and in writing, and carry out written and oral instructions.
