Job Description

We are currently looking for a Non-CDL Driver to join our Kimberly, WI team with a 4:00am start time. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will drive a non-CDL straight truck, transporting dry loads to customer locations throughout the branch area. You will also be responsible for material handling duties when not performing driving duties based on a delivery schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive straight truck and follow all safety procedures per company policy. Deliver and unload products to customer locations in a timely manner. Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries. Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Provide excellent customer service. Pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties. Back up other delivery routes when needed. All other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or another related field. Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures. A valid driver's license and good driving record per company policy. Federal Medical required, company sponsored. Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service. High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product). Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse equipment and work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time. Willing to work overtime as needed.
