Snow Plow Driver Seasonal, On-Call | Greater Milwaukee Area | [$20.00-$25.00/Hour] Help keep our properties safe and accessible this winter. We are seeking a dependable, experienced Snow Plow Driver to operate company snow-removal vehicles during winter weather events. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, responsive, and comfortable working independently in changing conditions. What You'll Do Safely operate a plow truck to clear snow and ice from assigned parking lots, drives, roadways, and loading areas. Follow assigned routes, site maps, priorities, and service timing requirements. Apply salt or other deicing materials as directed and document materials used. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Monitor site conditions, identify hazards, and avoid damage to curbs, landscaping, vehicles, and structures. Maintain timely communication with supervisors regarding route progress, changing conditions, incidents, and equipment issues. Record hours, locations serviced, conditions, and completed work accurately. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Previous commercial snow-plowing, truck-driving, or winter equipment experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a plow truck in snow, ice, low visibility, and confined areas. Reliable transportation to the reporting location during winter weather. Dependable attendance and prompt response to calls, texts, and schedule updates. Basic mechanical awareness and ability to complete vehicle and equipment inspections. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate clearly with the operations team. A CDL is not required for this position but may be necessary to operate certain assigned vehicles. Schedule & Work Conditions Seasonal, on-call work based on snowfall, ice events, and site needs. Must be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during storms. Work is performed in cold, snowy, icy, and windy conditions with prolonged periods of driving. Must be able to enter and exit the truck repeatedly and lift or carry up to 50 pounds when assisting with equipment or materials.
