Snow Removal Personnel Seasonal, On-Call | Greater Milwaukee Area | [$15.00-$20.00/Hour] Join our winter operations team. We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to help keep commercial and residential properties, sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas clear during snow and ice events. This seasonal, on-call role is ideal for people who take pride in reliable, efficient outdoor work. What You'll Do Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, driveways, parking lots, and other assigned surfaces. Operate snow blowers, shovels, spreaders, and other snow-removal equipment as trained. Apply salt or ice-melt materials according to site and safety requirements. Report to assigned locations promptly and follow the storm response plan. Inspect tools and equipment before use and report damage, hazards, or incidents immediately. Work independently and with crew members to complete assignments safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and the ability to reach work sites during winter weather. Dependable attendance and timely response to calls, texts, and schedule updates. Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work safely in changing conditions. Previous snow-removal or equipment experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required for driving positions. Strong work ethic. Schedule & Work Conditions Seasonal, on-call work based on snowfall and ice events. Shifts may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Work is performed outdoors in cold, snowy, icy, and windy conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, push, pull, and climb stairs; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Compensation $15.00-$20.00/Hour , based on position and experience.
