Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance needs. Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring items are secured and protected during transit. Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and delivery records. Communicate effectively with supervisor, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery details. Follow all transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle defects promptly to management. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (Class B CDL), with air brake endorsement. A clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents. Proven experience as a professional driver in the transportation or trucking industry. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and securing cargo. Excellent time management skills with a commitment to punctuality. Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check. Home every night, no weekend work.

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
