2991426429-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Orica seeks a CDL Class B Driver to safely transport explosives and related products to mining and quarry sites around Kaukauna, WI. In this Monday-based role, you'll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, load and unload materials, maintain accurate delivery documentation, and adhere to strict DOT and safety regulations. You'll work closely with dispatch and site teams in a highly safety-focused, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL Class B trucks to transport explosives and related materials to mining and quarry sites in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting and reporting any mechanical or safety issues promptly. Load and unload products using proper handling procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and secure transport of hazardous materials. Follow strict safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site procedures at all customer locations and Orica facilities. Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and basic paperwork using electronic or manual systems as required. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and site personnel to coordinate routes, schedules, and delivery requirements. Assist with basic vehicle cleanliness and minor maintenance tasks to keep equipment in safe operating condition. Participate in safety meetings, training, and ongoing certifications related to hazardous materials handling and transport.
