We have been contracted by Mountaineer Job Challenge Program to recruit an instructor for their HVAC class. They are looking for an experienced HVAC professional with 7 years of experience to teach the class. All curriculum and materials will be provided.

July 27, 2026 - September 25, 2026 Mon/Wed/Fri 9am - 3pm

HVAC Instructor Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction using approved curriculum and materials Evaluate student performance and track attendance and grades in accordance with program policies Maintain regular communication with students regarding their progress Apply effective teaching strategies and continuously seek ways to enhance student learning Incorporate real-world experience into engaging classroom instruction Facilitate hands-on learning and promote student success

HVAC Instructor Requirements:

At least 7 years of HVAC experience Hold a current license/ registry which is verifiable within the state of campus location Teaching or training experience preferred
