The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short or long distances while operating a variety of trucks and trailers. Duties- Safely operate different types of trucks including tanker, tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailer, roll-off truck, and forklift if needed
- Perform route driving for efficient delivery of goods
- Handle freight loading and unloading
- Operate manual transmission vehicles as required
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a truck driver or relevant position
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for commercial vehicles
- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations
