Job Description
Pullmax Inc. is hiring a qualified Crude Oil Transport Driver based out of Wright, Wyoming. We are a family-owned crude oil transportation company serving the oilfield industry since 2001. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded driver to haul crude oil using company trucks and trailers. Our primary operating areas include Douglas to Casper, WY and Gillette to Moorcroft, WY. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years holding an active CDL Class A license, required by insurance Hazmat endorsement, required Tanker endorsement, required Clean driving record Must pass drug screen and background check Ability to work flexible shifts, generally 8 to 14 hours depending on workload Ability to lift up to 65 pounds Ability to climb on and off tank batteries Ability to chain tires and operate in Wyoming weather and off-road conditions Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for tickets, pre-trip checks, and daily documentation Preferred Qualifications Crude oil transport experience Doubles/triples endorsement Basic truck or equipment repair knowledge Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Job Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and trailers Haul crude oil from pickup locations to assigned delivery points Follow and complete ticket assignments in a timely manner Complete tickets, pre-trip checks, timesheets, and required documents Follow proper chain of custody procedures Turn in tickets and fuel receipts as required Keep truck and trailer equipment clean, organized, and in safe operating condition Perform basic upkeep and report repair needs Communicate professionally with dispatch, operations, customers, and management Follow company safety policies and customer location requirements Pay and Schedule Estimated annual pay: $75,000 - $110,000+ per year Commission-based pay, depending on experience, workload, and completed loads Expected hours: 40 - 70 hours per week Shifts are generally 8 to 14 hours depending on workload, weather, customer demand, and assignment needs Full-time, field-based position Home daily/local and regional crude oil hauling within our operating areas Benefits Health insurance with HSA option Dental insurance Vision insurance Owner-operators may be considered based on demand Important Applicant Notice Hazmat endorsement and a minimum of 2 years CDL Class A experience are required.
