Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use ground penetrating radar and electromagnetic designating equipment and other geophysical means. Mark utilities with flags and/or paint and produce accurate field drawings and sketches of results for future use by client. Capacity to run vacuum excavation truck and complete test holes with limited or no direct oversight. Oversee crews and mentor/train less experienced technicians. Assist with maintenance of vehicle/trucks, equipment, and work sites. Understands plans/as-built data Requirements High School and/or specialized training from a vocational or technical school. Valid Florida driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required. Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time). Required to travel overnight when needed. Required to work 50+ hours during busy periods. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to carry and lift equipment as needed on project. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work for any employer in the United States. Intermediate MOT certification a plus
