Job Description

Field Technician (224101-11) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team in collecting and managing traffic data. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide accurate and timely traffic information to our clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent organizational skills. Upon hire there are potential for quarterly bonuses. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $22 to $24 an hour Responsibilities Prepare, inventory, and stage equipment for field deployment. Load, transport, and set up tools and materials at job sites. Install, test, and remove traffic data collection equipment. Conduct basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues. Complete accurate field documentation and data submissions. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment. Attend job-related training sessions and workshops. Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency with hand tools, mobile apps, and basic technology. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely. Comfortable with working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Comfortable working near active roadways and in high-traffic areas.
