Advanced Traffic Control is a leading traffic control, pavement marking and signing contractor in the state of Iowa. Established in 2012, we have experienced year over year growth in market share, offered services and employee base. With continued growth in mind, we are looking to add motivated, hardworking individuals to our team. We're excited for you to join our team, where we are committed to your growth and success! Pavement Marking Technician Advanced Traffic Control performs a wide variety of pavement markings throughout the state of Iowa. Our team members start as a technician, assisting the Operator with a variety of equipment including operating paint trucks, pavement grinders and water blasters as well as performing layout work on streets and parking lots.
Essential Functions:
Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment Ability to operate manual equipment Able to work as a team Maintain a safe working environment for self, coworkers and general public Submit daily reports of work performed Work irregular, long hours; some weekend work will be required Regular & prompt attendance Physical strength when performing heavy labor/ability to lift 50-75lbs Physical stamina in order to handle the long hours of performing strenuous work during the day in hot or cold weather Can do attitude with a growth mind set Other duties as assigned Qualifications /
Basic Job Requirements:
Clean driving record and valid drivers license High School Diploma or equivalent Pass pre-employment drug screen
