Job Description

THE OBJECTIVE
Our regional dispatch network is actively expanding its decentralized operations across the Chicagoland area. We are experiencing a massive surge in roadside assistance requests from the Loop out to the deep suburbs. We need independent, highly motivated mobile responders who are ready to log in, deploy locally, and clear high volumes of light-duty service calls. This is not a traditional clock-in/clock-out job. This is an independent partnership. You command your own vehicle, control your own radius, and dictate your own earning ceiling.
CORE OPERATIONS
(High Volume / Rapid Completion) No heavy towing or advanced mechanical work. You will be responding directly to stranded motorists in your immediate vicinity.

Getting drivers back on the

PREMIUM OPERATIONS
(High Margin) For providers looking to maximize their daily revenue, we offer access to higher-paying dispatch categories: Vehicle Cabin Access (Lockouts): Fast-entry techniques using standard commercial wedge and reach tools.

PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS
Mobility:
A highly reliable personal vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Truck) capable of navigating Chicago traffic and weather.
Tech:
A smartphone with active GPS routing (Waze/Google Maps) and a robust data plan.
Drive:
The ability to operate completely independently without a manager looking over your shoulder.
Professionalism:
A calm, solution-oriented attitude when dealing with stressed drivers.
