What You'll Be Doing + Safely guide traffic through active work zones using flags, signs, and clear hand signals + Communicate lane closures, detours, and route changes to drivers + Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and flagging stations + Stay alert and identify potential safety risks before they become problems + Coordinate with other flaggers and crew members to keep traffic flowing smoothly + Follow traffic control standards and safety regulations at all times + Assist with basic site setup, maintenance, and cleanup •What We're Looking For•+ Experience in traffic control or flagging is a plus — •but we'll train the right person•+ •Strong attention to detail and situational awareness•+ •Comfortable lifting and moving equipment•+ •Clear communication and a team‑first attitude•+ •Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions•+ •Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused•Pay & Growth•?

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $16.00
- $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
