Full-Time Lead the Crew. Set the Standard. Traffic Control Services & Equipment (TCS&E) is expanding in Texas and is seeking experienced Traffic Control Crew Leads and Supervisors to help build one of the premier traffic control operations in the region. We're looking for professionals who take pride in leading crews, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safe and compliant work zones, and mentoring the next generation of traffic control professionals. Primary Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily traffic control operations. Coordinate field crews, equipment, and project logistics. Ensure work zones comply with approved traffic control plans, MUTCD, TxDOT, OSHA, and customer requirements. Perform field quality control inspections and safety audits. Train, mentor, and develop Traffic Control Technicians and future Crew Leads. Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, contractors, and company leadership. Complete daily reports, equipment inspections, and project documentation. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Qualifications Previous experience supervising traffic control operations. Strong understanding of temporary traffic control and work zone safety. Experience interpreting traffic control plans. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, overtime, and emergency response assignments. Preferred Qualifications TxDOT, ATSSA, or other state-approved traffic control certifications. Crew Lead or Supervisor experience. Experience coordinating multiple crews and projects.
