Job Description

Village of West Baraboo Part-Time Crossing Guard The Village of West Baraboo is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious individual to serve as a Part-Time Crossing Guard. The position assists children and pedestrians safely across designated crossings during school arrival and dismissal times. Crossing Guards work for the Village and are supervised by the Director of Public Works.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
7:00-7:50 a.m.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
3:00-3:50 p.m.
Wednesday early release:
1:00-1:50 p.m.
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, attentive, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift, communicate effectively, and remain calm and alert in traffic situations. Previous experience is helpful but not required.
Pay:
