Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays during transport. Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws while driving. Ensure cargo is secured properly before transport to prevent damage during transit. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries. be able to safely wrap and protect product that is highly damagable be able to follow instructions to handle very delicate machinery safely Skills Proven experience in customer service Familiarity with freight handling and delivery processes. Ability to operate different types of trucks including straight trucks, forklifts and tractor trailers Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation systems. Excellent communication skills for interaction with dispatchers and customers. Attention to detail for maintaining accurate logs and ensuring vehicle safety.
