Group is hiring four experienced Gravel Train / Doubles Drivers for our Newport, Michigan operation. This is a local, home-daily position paying $25-$28 per hour, depending on qualifications , for experienced drivers who know gravel trains and take pride in operating safely, professionally, and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Safely operate gravel train / doubles equipment Complete pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections Couple and uncouple trailers and connect air/electrical lines Monitor load weight and distribution Maintain required DOT logs and documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and coworkers Comply with weigh-station requirements Maintain DHT safety and compliance standards
WHAT YOU NEED
Valid CDL-A T endorsement Valid medical card Acceptable driving record At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience At least 6 months of gravel train experience Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to meet DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening requirements 6+ months of dump experience preferred
