We're hiring6 team membersready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.
What You'll DoLearn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring qualityWork as part of a team to hit daily production goalsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsTroubleshoot minor issues and keep production movingFollow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspaceWhat We're Looking ForNo bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
We're looking for people who:
Have experience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic toolsCan read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)Take pride in doing quality workShow up reliably and work well with a teamIt's a plus if you have:
Print, bindery, or finishing experienceExperience setting up or adjusting production equipmentPhysical & Work EnvironmentOn your feet for most of the shiftFast-paced, team-oriented production floorLift up to 20 lbs occasionallyWhy Join Sheridan?
