$12/hour + Employee Discount + 5 VIP Passes Pumpkin Town Farms is hiring Ride Monitors for our 2026 fall season! This is a fun, fast-paced position perfect for retirees, stay-at-home parents, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income.

Shifts Available:

Tues-Friday, AM Shift:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Must be available at least 15 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist riders onto attractions (Giant Pillow, Pumpkin Jump Pad, Slides, Zip Line) Monitor rides to ensure guests follow safety rules Engage with guests and their families to provide a welcoming experience Maintain a safe environment and address rule violations as needed Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Comfortable monitoring multiple guests at once Ability to enforce rules politely but firmly Outgoing personality and great communication skills Enjoy working outdoors
