In-Person $17.92 - $25.00 per Hour 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Night Shift / Full-Time Description Description Ezeflow USA, Inc. - Flowline Division is seeking an experienced, motivated Large Press Trainee to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA. The Press Trainee role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you will assist the large hydraulic press operator in setting up and operating heavy-duty power presses used to bend, form, stretch, and straighten various metal components using a 250-ton to 2,000-ton large hydraulic press. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 250-ton or larger large hydraulic press, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Prepares, greases, and precoats fittings. Measures and marks reference lines on workpieces. Position and align die sets into the press machine. Bolt dies to the ram and bed of the machine. Preheat workpieces in the furnace. Lift and position workpieces between dies. Reposition workpieces and change dies for multiple passes. Hand-form or finishes workpieces. Grind burrs and sharp edges. Operates forklift. Bend or straighten cold metal. Set dies to punch and blank heavy metal.
Work Schedule:
Third Shift:
Sunday Night through Thursday Night, 11:00p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Training may occur on a different shift. After completion of training, based upon department need there is potential to move to Sunday Night through Wednesday Night (9:00 p.m. to 7:00 am, 4 10's.) Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations
