Pay & Hours Starting Pay:

$20.00 / hour

Shift Minimum:

3 hours minimum pay per call-out/shift

Schedule Format:

Split shifts on event days (primarily weekends)

Morning Shift:

On-site decor setup, staging, and assembly

Night Shift:

Late-night breakdown, teardown, and packing Key Responsibilities Unload decor supplies, floral arrangements, arches, and staging elements from the transport vehicle Assist with placing backdrops, centerpieces, lighting, linens, and stage props according to design plans.

Return post-event for teardown: safely disassemble structures, pack delicate items, and reload the truck.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at venues. Requirements Punctual, dependable, and physically capable of lifting/moving decor items (up to 40-50 lbs). Ability to work split hours (morning setup + late-night teardown).Reliable transportation to and from venue locations across the area.

Strong attention to detail and positive team attitude. Prior event setup, moving, or stagehand experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
