Seeking a detail-oriented person we can train and develop into a professional white glove house cleaner and maintenance "touch up" painter (when needed) for over 900 rental homes. Your duties will include, White glove style house cleaning after move outs as your primary duty followed by assisting with brush and roll maintenance painting as needed. This is a ……

WORK ALONE

(by yourself)position in empty rental homes located on Eielson AFB To be successful, you should be able to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule, all while maintaining a high quality of work and integrity. Reliable and on time

EVERY DAY

We will train you and provide all tools needed. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is A MUST Able to obtain access on Eielson AFB Good common sense Knowledge of the applicable safety guidelines. Good problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service skills. Physically fit and able to work

MONDAY-FRIDAY 8-4

30pm Must be willing to sign a non compete agreement

NON SMOKING

Drug testing is utilized
