MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) years experience in food service cooking and/or low temperature refrigeration equipment repair and maintenance, to include electrical, gas and plumbing installation and repair procedures AND Completion of a recognized trade training program in a related field or equivalent Knowledge of applicable County, State, Federal electrical, safety, plumbing, and mechanical codes required. 40CFR Part 82, Subpart F Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification Type I or Type II Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions Any equivalent combination of experience, training or education
