Aqua Flight is a fast-growing yacht services company specializing in luxury yacht toys, inflatables, custom installs, repairs, rentals, and now yacht provisioning. We work directly with yacht owners, brokers, captains, and crews to keep the fun side of yachting running smoothly. We're a small, hands-on crew that takes pride in delivering high-end service with a high-energy vibe. We're looking for a motivated Marine Warehouse & Yacht Toy Handler to join our team. This is an entry-level position with real growth potential for the right person.

What You'll Do:

Wash, detail, and prep Seabobs, e-foils, jet skis, and luxury inflatables. Inflate, check, and stage YachtBeach pools, docks, and floats. Inspect toys for issues (scratches, leaks, battery levels, charger checks). Charge, strap, and load toys for yacht deliveries and rentals. Assist with basic repairs (sanding, fiberglass prep, light assembly). Keep the warehouse and yard organized — toys ready to grab and go. Help drivers with loading/unloading at marinas and docks. Be part of installs and special projects on yachts (chocks, cradles, inflatables). Have fun — this is the yacht toy business, after all.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working around boats, docks, and water. Able to lift and move gear (50+ lbs) — some toys are heavy. Strong attention to detail — nothing leaves dirty or uncharged. Mechanical aptitude a plus (tools, sanding, light repair work). Must have reliable transportation to Fort Lauderdale. Positive attitude, team player, and ready to hustle with a small crew.
