Job Description
The Role:
Entry-Level Operator We are hiring an Entry-Level Operator to support daily agricultural and equipment operations throughout South Central Florida. This is a hands-on, field-based position involving physical labor, equipment operation, machinery maintenance, and welding training. You will work directly with our Operations team and report directly to the CEO. No experience is required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow with the company long term. What You'll Be Doing Learning to operate and maintain equipment related to daily operations Learning arc welding, MIG welding, and plasma cutting Assisting with fitting and welding machinery Learning general equipment mechanics and maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment Performing physical outdoor work in varying conditions Traveling between Lorida, Lake Wales, and Okeechobee as projects require Assisting with a variety of operational tasks when needed Following all safety procedures and company standards Working independently and taking initiative on projects Representing a mission-driven company with professionalism What You Bring (Required): Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to perform physical labor consistently Ability to work 45+ hours per week Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and stay productive Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Common sense, dependability, and a positive attitude Bonus (Not Required): Welding experience Mechanical experience Construction or agricultural experience CDL license Additional licenses or certifications The more experience and skills you already have, the more it may influence starting pay.
